Pilot Program
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will be introducing two economic immigration pilot programs this fall:
• Rural Community Immigration Pilot • Francophone Community Immigration Pilot
The objectives of these programs are to spread the benefits of immigration to a wider range of communities and to help employers find the workers they need to overcome labour shortages.
Eligible communities in southern Ontario are encouraged to participate.
