Connect with employers, local leaders, other new Canadians, and get immigration help

Local Immigration Partnerships (LIPs) provide immigration help so newcomers can better integrate into their community. LIPs serve newcomers by:

• providing welcome kits for newcomers
• mapping services to make them easier to locate, and
• developing a referral process for newcomers so they know how to navigate their needs

LIPs can be found in 87 communities across the country and are funded by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
